For Kim and Dennis Maher, real estate isn’t a career, it’s a calling. After more than 30 years living in Dallas and 50+ years of combined real estate and appraisal expertise, they’ve built a reputation for precision, service, and genuine connection.

Kim began her real estate journey in 1994, shortly after graduating with a marketing degree from Florida State University. Her natural ability to connect with people, coupled with an intuitive understanding of the market, quickly made her a trusted advocate for buyers and sellers across Dallas.

Dennis entered the industry from a different angle, as a certified real estate appraiser. For more than 25 years, he evaluated homes across the city.
